The event is on the Yack Tracks trails. There is one part of the course that uses Stringer Ridge road between the 26 and 29km mark which I understand boarders the HVP plantation and thus would need your approval.

This is the 3rd time hosting this event with HVP permit approval sought. So far no issues have arisen from our events
