Ballarat Cycle Classic is held over two days to raise important funds for cancer research at the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute. 100% of registrations and donations go to the research program. Road, Gravel, Gravity and family rides are held for participants of varying distances.

In 2024 there will be Gravel Grind events with distances still to be determined by the Ballarat Cycle Classic Committee who will meet in early October to confirm, but in 2023 the distances we 30km, 47km and 63km. It is likely the routes will be more utilised around the 30km and 47km circuits in 2024.

The start and finish lines will be at the bottom of the Black Hill Mountain Bike Park. Refer to attached maps.

The event will have SAG vehicles to support participants and the Committee will discuss the use of Lead vehicles.

Anticipated participants is expected to be approximately 250.

Certificate of Currency will be provided once I have received it.
