Hello. We are advising HVP that we will be using land adjacent to the plantations for non-competition purposes. The rally is utilising some road reservation along Stockdale Road, Stockdale between Insolvent Track and Beverleys Road (refer attached map) to park vehicles for a duration of time on Sunday 28th August. We will erect barrier around this area and have a minimum 10m No-Go Area from the edge of the pine plantation. There will be no reason for any of our volunteers or competitors to enter the plantation, however we will brief everyone with the HVP Do’s and Dont’s.

The event is sanctioned and permitted by Motorsport Australia. Approval for road use is from DELWP. The roadside use has been approved by the Wellington Shire as the relevant road authority. Access to the area will be by Insolvent Track only.
