during the week prior to the event the course will be marked with removable arrows and any caution signs required keep riders safe and to maintain track integrity
on the 1/9/19 the ride will take place, we will have 4-6 people placed on check points around the course, all with radio contact (CFA radio protocol will be utilised)
We will be using a small CFA unit on course to fill water stops every 10km and there will be a rescue vehicle with a float on course, should it be required. All signage and water points along with check points will be removed post the event and a rubbish sweep of the area completed post the event.
