Organised Trail Ride Leaving 10am from Bindaree Station 2865 Old sale Road into neering east state state park traveling a on 90klm loop which will be arrowed and manned with Corner marshals on approx 32 intersections and Finish Back at property 2865 old sale road, Rider Number will be between 100 to 200 motorcycles entering the event and approx 35 event marshalls on motorcycles directing traffic.
As per the attached Course maps the HVP land is mainly gravel roads.
Any Signage or arrows used on the day will be Removed by end of event 28/5/2023

Riders to Finish no later than 5pm, We are Currently working with FFMV Amie Salinger (amie.salinger@delwp.vic.gov.au) for coarse approval,
A Traffic management plan for the course will be finalised this following week which we will send asap.

Motorcycling Victoria/Motorcycling we be providing the Underwrite the event with Public Liability insurance, We expect to have this Insurance letters over the next 7-12 days time

All Riders are required to have Full or Recreational registration and a current motorcycle licence to enter the event. Rider are required to follow current vic roads Road Rules.
All Moneys raised go to variety the children’s charity. each rider donates 100 per rider to enter
