PNL 4WDriving is a nationally Registered Training Organisation which has been providing accredited 4WD units of competency to Government and private organisations for over 35 years.
The activity is intended to instruct Parks Victoria personnel in the safe use of 4WDs in real situations in an environmentally conscious manner. Training will be conducted on named roads such as Clear Spot Road and Snake Ridge Road, and on unnamed formed tracks in the pine forest areas to the west and south of Bright, Victoria. Training on the first day may also include an evening drive.
The activity will involve a maximum of five (5) vehicles and seven (7) personnel, travelling in a controlled convoy. Training on the third day may include training in the use of manual and mechanical winches.
