Assessment of habitat present in ripairan zones within the HVP estate for wildlife conservation potential. This preliminary assessment of habitat will involve driving to various points of interest (see attached GPX file) to see the condition of vegetation present.
Botanists have previously indicated there could be potentially suitable habitat for Leadbeater’s possum in this area and this is a preliminary investigation prior to a formal project being established. We have contacted Tim McBride and Sarah Maddison regarding this trip.
