Road Construction, Brown Rd, Wandiligong

HVP Plantations wish to advise of upcoming road construction works associated with harvest operations scheduled for early 2024. The road construction operation is planned to commence late October and finish mid-November.
Road Construction
Plantation areas in Wandiligong (shaded in red on the attached map) will be closed for the duration of the operation. Sections of Brown Rd and Robinson Rd will be closed during this time.
- The worksite and a number of roads will be closed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the duration of the operation. For everyone’s safety, be aware of increased heavy vehicle traffic, machinery and closures within the plantation.
Safety
HVP takes safety seriously, please note the following:
- Worksites are hazardous, and risks to people’s safety are not always obvious.
- The worksites will be closed (to vehicles and pedestrians) for the duration of the operations. This includes when the crew is not present.
- Be aware of increased heavy vehicle traffic and machinery.
Community recreation
HVP recognise that many community members have an affinity with our forests, and enjoy walking, running and bike-riding activities throughout the year.
