Update: Bright Plantation – Bakers Gully, Clear Spot (Aug / Sept 2024)

Thank you for your interest in HVP’s operations in Bakers Gully / Clear Spot area in Bright.

Please be aware that closures are in place in the Bright Plantation due to roadworks, filming, and an upcoming harvesting operation.

Roadworks

Closures are currently in place for roadworks supporting upcoming filming and harvest activities.

Filming

HVP have authorised the filming of a movie ‘War Machine’ within HVPs Estate in the Clear Spot/Snake Ridge/Longley Road areas during August and September 2024 (please see further information attached from the filming company to the right hand side).

During filming the area will be closed to the public, closures are currently in place.

Harvesting

Timber Harvesting is currently planned for an early October commencement along Clear Spot Road and will continue through to approx. February 2025.

More information will be published online once the schedule has been finalised.

Safety

If this is an area where you like to walk, run or ride, thank you for remaining out of the worksite, and following all instructions from signs.
